It is sad to announce the death of our former chairman and founder member Bob Wallace.

Although he had mainly flown R/C models in recent times with the Leicester MAC, Bob was a very competitive C/L flyer in the 1970's and was a first class designer and builder, particularly on models based on full size aircraft.

His last C/L competition was at the Millennium Nationals, where he put in an excellent performance with his Palmer Thunderbird in Classic.

Club Aerobatic competition will be 26th April 2009 at Clipston playing fields. This years event will be F2B, Classic, and a P40 event by Roger Ladds.
