NUNEATON MAS

The British Model Flying Association (BMFA) has laid down guidelines to all of its affiliated clubs, that they adopt a policy, and have procedures to protect Children and Vulnerable adults whilst taking part in model flying activities.

The Nuneaton MAS has accepted the above and will do our utmost to implement the policy, procedures and guidelines as outlined by the BMFA

With this in mind the Nuneaton MAS has appointed a person to act as their Club welfare officer to conform with the BMFA policy. This person has an "enhanced criminal bureau clearance certificate" and has professional experience working with Children and Vulnerable adults.

Members must be aware of the BMFA policy and code and follow this at all times whilst using our site, or representing the society at other venues. This is a condition of the BMFA insurance and failure to observe this policy would invalidate insurance cover.

For further details contact Bill Smith on the contacts page, or go to the BMFA link below and you will find the Children and Vulnerable adults protection policy.
